These fixtures required 3D Milling, Wire EDM and Plunge EDM.  The narrow gap shown to the left is .080” [2mm] wide with square corners around the bottom.  3 electrodes were CAD modeled and loaded into CAM software to mill the electrodes to precise dimensions.
